PLASTICO A VISTA // PAVan’s project
[EN]
Plastico a vista – PAV is an environmental awareness project, focusing on the problem of plastic as marine trash powered by EDA.
The aim of the PAV is to make known to different extracts of society the problem of plastic in the world, alerting to the consciousness about production, consumption and its reuse. More info about the project here: www.plasticoavista.pt
I was contacted from the Association EDA – Ensaios e Dialogos Associação, to join them in the collective construction of the “Mini mobile waste processing station – PAVan”.
The iron structure was designed by Patrick Hubmann and built with some volunteers.
I worked on drawing and building all the wooden elements of the removable furnitures. I had 3 goals:
FabLab Benfica joined us building the plastic transformation machines of the global Precious Plastic project.
All these good energies together made the PAVan.
The aim of the PAV is to make known to different extracts of society the problem of plastic in the world, alerting to the consciousness about production, consumption and its reuse
PAVan was finalist of the Distributed Design Awards 2019 ( INDEX: Awards)
